Peter Brenner shared with me late last week that he has successfully used a technique to determine your target-recipient's email address when you are directed to an internal email app to communicate from the organization's web site. It is this: cc: yourself. By doing so you will rec'v the email you sent and (hopefully) the ACTUAL email address of you recipient will show up. You should then copy/paste it into Zoho for future emails. Peter, if you have anything to add or clarify, let me know and I will promptly update this blog-posting.
