I wanted to share a new "find" that will dramatically help us make sure we have not missed any organizations. Who know's it may become our best 1st-cut resource.
I found a search engine in USAHockey that lets you search for orgs by state. Click here. I tested for Delaware and found 19 programs (or rinks with programs) listed, whereas the pickings were slim based on the USAHockey pdf I have been suggesting you start with to find lists of directories by region and state.
I suggest you use this resource in conjunction with the other methodologies I have been suggesting... in particular, you might want to use it to circle back on a particular state after you believe you have exhausted the other resources. You can quickly copy/paste the org in question into the upper left search box and if it doesnt come up you know it's a new one. (I suggest you do this after you have converted all leads (emailed them) into contacts/accounts and search when you are in the account tab). Of course, you want to be sure not to create duplicates as this means people might get emailed twice in the same batch (as different records) and that's not a good thing.
