A Better Way to Manage Sending Multiple eMails

A few weeks back I set up a custom report to keep tabs on the frequency you are emailing.   In addressing some questions Jody had this morning I realized that this report is PERFECT for you to manage the 1 email per week, 3 emails total request I have made of you (see here and here to refresh your memory on the 50/50/50 strategy).

To get access to this report:

1. Click on "reports" in Zoho 
2. Scroll down to activity reports 
3. Click on the bottom report in that group, email activity report.  

You will see each contact/recipient to whom you have sent an email and how many/which emails you have sent that person. This will help you determine where you are light in terms of 1/wk, 3 wks.  Right from the report you can click to the contact and send an individual email.  Or you can print out the report and use it to do batch emails from your contacts listing.
