New Mini Demos and their Potential Role in our Upcoming eMail Campaign

I have been putting the finishing touches (with the help of our intern, Cole) on the first 6 mini demos I hope to publish PRIOR to our new email lead-gen effort.  I would like your comments and feedback on the following:

1)  The mini-demos themselves.  I am fiddling with 2 layouts
  1. Playlist Style
  2. Thumbnail Style
  3. You can see each of the demos (in high res) in youtube (in their proper order) here.  For some reason I cannot yet determine, the self-publishing site, wix, I am using for #1 & 2 is pixelating the videos a little bit.  But wix simply allows me to demo the presentation and get feedback.  Heck, we just might deliver from our own flexxcoach site if time and resources permit.
What do you think of the 6 mini demos in terms of their content?  (We still need to do a "drill designer" demo which will be part of the "Create" section.)

Which layout do you prefer?  Can you think of a better one?

2) How helpful you think incorporating these mini demos will be in our next campaign.   I am considering 2 different approaches.
  1. To reference with direct links to these mini demos within the body of the email to the Create and Distribute concepts.
  2. To link from under the current "generic video page" as depicted here.
Please weigh in on whether you think these mini demos should be a part of our next campaign and if so whether you like approach 1 or 2 (or offer a new idea) best.

  1. Mike-
I prefer the thumbnail better because it is easier to see with all of the information in clear view.

I also think using the link from an email campaign is a good idea; and one we all need to generate activity. However, I have had lousy responses to my emails and consequently, I am fearful this new link with the min-demos will not be seen.

How about using this in an email and forwarding it to 10 people in hockey, either friends, coaches, etc? Let's ask each one to forward it to 10 other hockey people. Obviously very viral, however if it works, it will spread the way we want. I am more apt to open an email from a friend than one from someone I do not know.
