We have now sent two "beginning of season" emails in Sept to everybody the database. However, I continue to believe that we still have not captured every youth hockey program out there. Some of you are further along than others in terms of using the USAH search engine I describe here. Also, you can cross reference your database by going to programs you have and checking their league standings. Here you will find other programs you can cross reference to your database. Finally, be sure to identify all "select / AA / AAA" leagues in your territory.
As you input new programs into the D-base you will want to immediately send an email. So you can leverage the latest messaging, I have created a template for the email we just sent that can be found when sending emails to contacts (this means create the lead then convert it to a contact/account). The template will be at the bottom of the "public email templates" list and it's called "generic beginning of season".
