Let's be sure we aren't leaving any opportunities on the table. Renewals are perhaps the easiest deals to close. Late in August I updated Zoho to include all recently expired or soon-to-expire deals. Hopefully you have been working them by email and phone.
In an attempt to be sure nothing is slipping through the cracks, I would like to request you do a couple of things:
1) Click here and check the accounts listed under your name. The ones in green are still "open"
2) Pls be sure they are ALL in zoho and that zoho is up to date. For instance, if it is a closed deal, update the customer status, licenses bought and new expiration date.
3) In the last column of the spreadsheet, initial # 2 has been done.
4) Most important of all, if there is an expired or soon-to-expire account (green) WORK IT. This includes picking up the phone.
