A newly signed rep pointed out something that has caused me to realize we need to make a modest, but meaningful adjustment to our commish schedule. For any deals you sign that include team-quantities 10 or less, you will earn 15%. More than 11 teams the commish will be 10%.
The revelation is that in many areas within your region its not uncommon for programs to only have 2 teams Mite thru Midget. Many times there is only 1 midget team. And in many regions this is the norm across the board.
Knowing you need to work as hard to close a 9 team deal as a 29 team deal, and with the new revelation how common the fewer-than-ten team scenario likely is, Keith B and I believe this is the right thing to do.
