noticed some of you are inputting "Mr" into your leads database (was a dropdown option above 1st name). This is especially true for the new guys Brad, Hunter and Peter. I regret I neglected to give you a heads up on this and have not had a chance to update the using zoho doc.
The way we have set up the email template we grab the first name. If there's a salutation it grabs that too. So if you have salutation and first name fields input the email will read like bad spam from china: "Dear Mr. Bob" -- never good.
I have been wrestling for the last 30mins trying to do a mass-fix. Need to jump on a call and will come back to it. In meantime, pls dont send emails to these leads til you hear from me.
